00:24: The rubric includes one default criterion entry. To edit the criterion description,
00:29: click the Edit icon.
00:31: Enter a short description for the criterion in the Description field. To add a longer

00:47: By default, rubric ratings are created as individual point values.
00:51: If you want to create a point range instead, click the Range checkbox. Ranges allow
00:57: you to assign a rating for a range of point options instead of just one point value.
01:02: When enabled, the first rating (full marks) shows the total point value in a range
01:07: format. Each rating displays a maximum and minimum point value. For each rating,
01:13: the maximum value is assigned as the point value. Except for the range
01:17: value display, criterion ranges function
01:19: the same way as individual point ratings.
01:22: For instance, a range that includes a maximum of five
01:26: points and a minimum of three points is assigned the full point value of five points.
01:32: Rubric ratings default to 5 points, awarding 5 points for full rubric marks and
01:37: 0 points for no rubric marks.
01:39: If you want to adjust the total point value of the criterion, enter the number of
01:44: points in the Points field.
01:46: The first rating (full marks) updates to the new total point value
01:51: and any incremental ratings adjust appropriately.
01:55: To add a new rating for the criterion,
01:57: click the Add icon.
02:00: In the Edit Rating window, complete the rating criterion description. By default, the
02:05: Rating Score field displays the point value between the two existing ranges. To
02:10: change
02:11: the point value for the rating score, enter the new point value in the Rating Score
02:15: field. Points can be whole for example 1, 5,
02:20: 10 or decimal
02:22: 0.3,
