How do I enable LockDown Browser for an individual formative assessment?

From a tracker, you can enable the LockDown Browser tool for an individual Enhanced Accommodation (EA) formative assessment.

Students must have Respondus LockDown Browser installed on a compatible device (MacOS, Windows, Chromebook, or iPad) to access the assessment.

Notes:

You cannot enable LockDown Browser for an uploaded document-based assessment or for a non-EA formative assessment.
You can also enable LockDown Browser for all assessments in a tracker.
A Mastery Connect admin can enable the LockDown Browser tool for benchmark assessments.

Open Tracker

In the Home page, locate the tracker that includes the assessment, and click the tracker name link.

Open Standard

In the Students tab, click the Options icon on the Standard header [1], and then click the Assess link [2].

Open Assessment

In the tracker's standard page, click the Options icon [1], and then click the Assess link on an assessment [2].

Enable Lockdown Browser

In the Assess window, click the Lockdown Browser icon [1]. An installment alert displays. Verify that your students have LockDown Browser installed [2]. To prevent the alert from displaying again, you can click the Don't show this warning again checkbox [3]. Click the Close button [4].
