You can add existing assessments to a tracker. In the Tracker View page, you can add assessments that you created or that have been shared by other users in the Mastery Connect Community.
Notes:
Open Tracker
In the Mastery TrackersHome page [1], click the tracker name link [2].
Open Assessments
In the Tracker View page, click the Add Assessment button.
Then, to add an assessment from the Mastery Connect Community, click the Search Community link [2].
To add one of your own assessments, click the My Assessments link [3].
Note: You can also add an assessment from the Standard Details page.
View Assessments
By default, the Assessments page displays assessments aligned to the subject, core, class, and standards in the tracker. Depending on how you accessed the page, the list displays assessments available for the selected tracker.
Search Assessments
To find an assessment by name, enter all or part of the assessment name in the Search Assessments field [1].
To sort search results, click the Sort by menu [2], then select a sort option.
To change the number of assessments displayed on a page, click the Rows Per Page menu [3], then select the number of assessments to display.
To show or hide the available filters, click the Hide Filter Details link or Clear Filters link [4].
To display additional filter options, click the Filters button [5].
To adjust a filter, click the Subject menu [1], Core menu [2], or Class menu, then select an option from the corresponding drop-down menu.
To view only district-approved assessments, select the District approved only checkbox [3].
Click the Apply button [4].
Add to Tracker
To add an assessment to the tracker, click the Add to Tracker button in the Actions column.
Select Trackers
The Add To Tracker(s) window displays. Select the tracker checkbox [1].
If the assessment is already used in another tracker, the tracker displays in the Already Using section [2].
If the assessment includes sub-standards that are not used by all selected trackers, an information message displays [3]. To link a sub-standard to one of your existing standards, select the Link sub-standard checkbox [4].
To save the selected tracker, click the Add to Tracker button [5].
View Single Standard Assessment
If you add an assessment aligned to a single standard, the Standard Details page displays. You can view the aligned standard [1] and the added assessment [2].
View Multi-Standard Assessment
If you add a multi-standard assessment, the assessment displays in the tracker. You can view the added assessment columns [1] and the standards to which the assessment is aligned [2].
