A Provider Application in LearnPlatform is a form you can use to request product information and other details from vendors. A Provider Application can streamline communications with edtech providers and reduce the number of emails you send and phone calls you make. Having a provider application can also:
- Save time and reduce frustration with an RFP/RFI vendor process that you own
- Automate processes for vendor RFP/RFI intake and acceptance
- Launch public or “invitation only” vendor applications quickly
Note: You can set up a master application to use for multiple providers. This is helpful if you need the same applications signed for every product and if that app does change. Once finalized, you can invite providers all at once or return the application over a period of time, inviting new providers as required.
