How do I utilize the AI for Ask Your Data?
1. View Chat Window
The Ask Your Data chat window displays a new chat on default with a welcome message to help get you started.
2. Open Previous Chats
To open a previous chat conversation and data, click the My Chats dropdown menu and select the desired chat.
3. Open New Chat
To open a new chat conversation, click the NewChat button.
4. Suggested Prompts
Suggested prompts are available to use for your search.
5. Create Your Own Prompt
Or you can create your own prompt in the chat window.
6. Open Prompt Library
To open the in-app prompt library, click the PromptLibrary link.
7. Prompt Library
The Prompt Library allows you to explore inspiration on what questions to ask and examples of effect prompts.
8. Submit Prompt
After composing your prompt, click the Submit button.
9. View Data Results
The data results are shown to the right of the chat window, and this information pertains directly to the prompt you entered.
10. View Summary and Methodology
In the chat window, a Summary and Methodology outline is given.
11. View Summary
The Summary outline provides a high-level analysis of the actual results data.
12. View Methodology
The Methodology outline explains the process used to generate the data.
13. View Assumptions and Interpretation
The Assumptions and Interpretation interprets what your prompt means and makes an assumption for your query to display your data.
14. Refine Results
If you are not fully satisfied with the results, use the refinement suggestions or ask a follow-up question to refine your search.
15. Start a New Chat Thread
To start a new chat thread, click the Thread icon.
16. Delete Chat
To delete a chat, click the Delete icon.
17. Delete Individual Prompt or Message
To delete an individual prompt or message, click the Delete icon.
