How do I bulk message students at the course level in Students in Need of Attention?

The Needs Attention tab in Course Analytics provides a direct way to send a bulk message to this specific group of students, allowing you to efficiently offer support or share important information. For privacy, student recipients are messaged discreetly.

How do I bulk message students at the course level for Students in Need of Attention?

1. Open Course Analytics

To open Course Analytics, click the Course Analytics link in Course Navigation or click the Course Analytics button in the Course Home Page.

2. Open Needs Attention

Click the Needs Attention tab.

3. Open Message Students

Click the Message Students button.

4. Message Students

In the Message Students popup window, all student recipients will be listed in the BCC field.

5. Enter Subject and Message

Enter the subject and message you want to send to students.

6. Send Message

Click the Send button.
