Canvas Catalog logs outgoing system-generated emails within the System Logs. This feature provides visibility into automated emails triggered by Catalog workflows and logged emails include enrollment, registration, and invitations.
This functionality enhances administrative operations in the following ways:

Open Admin
Click the username drop-down menu [1]. Then, click the Admin link [2].
Open Audit Log
Click the Logs tab.
View Email System Logs
In the Email System Logs drop-down menu [1], select the Email System Logs option [2].
The log displays the email type [3], the recipient's email address [4], and the date and time the email was triggered [5].
