Hi all. Our first set of Catalog courses offer CE credits to licensed professionals. The department has asked if a user's license number can be added to the certificate. We capture license number as an additional User Defined Field (UDF), but I haven't been able to find a way to add this to the certificate. Has anyone…
Hello! I'm a fairly new Canvas user (Instructional/Curriculum Designer role), so I apologize if I don't know exactly how to describe what I'm looking for! I'm curious if Canvas has a feature where I can digitally list out every Assignment/Requirement for each course and multiple courses in an entire program as a digital…
Is there a way to add the image icons that identify catalog listing categories without a script? If a script is required, is there a database or bank with the script that can be used for this? I've seen catalogs brand courses and programs separately. Providing a label for webinars with the new push with instructional…
One of the on-going problems we face is the Drop button on Catalog. We aren't notified that someone has dropped the course when clicking this button. Has anybody been successful in disabling this button? Is there a way to add some functionality i.e. send notification to instructor that student has dropped?
We would like to be able to include a student's unique Canvas ID on their certificate (or another kind of unique ID) to mitigate risk around fraudulent certificates. Does anyone know if this is possible and, if so, how to go about doing this? Thanks.
Looks like the sender is always "Canvas Catalog". Is it possible to customize this display name - similar to how it can be customized for Canvas notifications?
