I am trying to find a course shell from another school district that has been posted on Commons but can not find the course shell nor the teacher who created it. Any suggestions on how I can locate it?
Good morning. We have been using the Commons as the repository for our adjuncts and other faculty to pull down courses that were created this past Summer and for Fall. Everything worked beautifully in the Summer. Now, when I (or anyone it seems) downloads a course from the Commons, the assignment dates are no longer there.…
I have uploaded a page to Canvas Commons for my staff that I would like them to incorporate into their courses as a template. When I try and provide the direct resource link from commons, the link takes the teachers to the generic Canvas log on page. Our school district has their own instance of Canvas. Even if the teacher…
I cannot access commons, the following message appear; Commons

I forgot to save my canvas page from last year in the commons. Is there anyway to find my canvas page from May 2022 and bring it into this year? Or is it lost forever? Thanks Cindy Hufnagel
On Aug 19, 2023 (Saturday) we will deploy the new Commons regions and perform a migration so every Commons instance is hosted from their respective areas. Here is the previous announcement if you’ve missed it. In order to minimise the effects on the fall start in the US region we decided that we won’t hold any downtime…
Is there a way to report inappropriate content in Canvas Commons? Namely, one of our instructors found an ad masquerading as a discussion resource. The ad was selling "green xanax bars", but we could not find a way to report this content.
I created a quiz and added outcomes to it in my shell course. I then tried to copy the quiz into all my other course sections. The quiz copied fine but the outcomes didn't go with it. Do I have to manually enter the outcomes for each question in each course section or is there something I'm missing.

Hi Guys, I am wondering if there is a way we can share all our CANVAS courses on commons within our institution, without having to share each course individually? Thanks, Rowan
Good day, I hope this isn't a repeat question.. I'm relatively new to Canvas and I'm just learning about a new template that our district is mandating us to use. I know I can go to Commons and grab the template and update my site but what happens when I do? Does it update everything and over write everything with the new…
