We are sharing an important update regarding the sunset of our legacy Portfolio products in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
Over the past few months, we have received valuable feedback from various institutions across EMEA regarding the original timeline for both legacy Portfolio (Portfolium/Folio and Canvas native Portfolio) sunset. We understand that a seamless transition is critical, particularly for organizations operating on academic and educational calendars.
We Heard You: A New Sunset Date
In direct response to your feedback, we are pleased to announce an extension of the final sunset date for both legacy Portfolio products in EMEA.
The new sunset date for customers in the EMEA region is now September 30, 2026.
This date provides an additional three months, expanding the original deadline of June 30, 2026. This decision was made to ensure the transition date aligns better with the operational periods and calendar cycles for institutions in these regions.
Please Note: After September 30, 2026, both end users and admins will lose access to all legacy tools. We believe this extension provides ample time for all our valued customers to complete a smooth transition to our new, enhanced Portfolio. For all other regions, the sunset date remains June 30, 2026.
