Self-Service Canvas Domain Configuration
Summary
Root admins can independently set and manage the Canvas Domain associated with their Catalog through a selectable menu. This interface defines the direct connection between Catalog and the Canvas LMS.
Change Benefit
This update grants Root admins autonomy over environment settings, eliminating dependency on external support for domain mapping, and accelerating configuration timelines.
Feature Workflow
In the Catalog Info page, locate the Canvas Domain drop-down menu and select the appropriate domain to link the Catalog to Canvas.

Waitlist Management Interface
Summary
The Catalog Listing Edit page includes a dedicated Waitlist tab for managing course applicants. This interface extends API-only processes with manual tools to filter, sort, and remove applicants.
Change Benefit
This centralized workspace increases administrative efficiency by providing direct visibility into enrollment priority. It simplifies applicant tracking and ensures accurate management of waitlist order based on submission dates.
Feature Workflow
In the Listing Edit page, click the Waitlist tab [1]. Admins can use the search field to search by name or email [2].
Admins can sort the list for specific applicants by name or email [3], by status [4] and date added to the waitlist [5]. Admins can review the Added to Waitlist column to identify priority students for available slots.
To bulk remove applicants, click the checkbox for one or more applicants with a Waitlist status [6] and click the Delete button [7].
