Export Issue
I had a FREE teacher account. Today was the first time I had access to my account since May. I did not receive a notice about the window in late May for teachers to export. Now that I was able to log-in, I tried following the directions to export quizzes. When I was finally able to export them after the glitch this…

Dear Canvas Instructure Support, I received your message informing me that access to Free-for-Teacher accounts has been temporarily restored until July 29th to allow users to export their course content. Unfortunately, I am unable to export my courses. When I click on the export link, it does not work and instead redirects…

Could we at least share our courses to the commons?
It seems this was disabled. If we could share our courses to the Commons, we would at least have it SOMEWHERE we can access it after the window closes.

Can't export
Like pretty much everyone else - I can't export the generated file, due to the 'download page not available' error. You guys have a problem - understandable - then with ZERO communication, you shut down all of our data and provide an absurdly short window to access it with ZERO communication. Then, a couple months later…

How to Pay as an Individual User
For many of us who have used Canvas Free for Teachers for years and don't want to re-create the wheel for the 26-27 school year. Is there a possible option for us to purchase a single-payer option for our classes? My PK–12 school district has chosen a fixed-price, per-pupil learning management system to reduce costs, but…

URL for access window?
Which URL will we need to use to access our content? Will it be the https://canvas.instructure.com/login/canvas URL or a different one? Stumbled upon this issue by chance, have not received any communications from Instructure, and really don't want to miss out on this export window.

An additional Free-for-Teacher access window
In May, we opened a short, secure window to log in to Free-for-Teacher and export your course content. We’re doing that one final time to give more of you access to the content you need. Another window to access your content. We're opening Free-for-Teacher again, in the same secure, limited way, from 12 am ET on July 28…

Years of work and no answers!
Good morning, In trying to access my free instructor's account last night, I came to learn for the first time that Canvas has discontinued the program. I also have several years of work stored in that account that includes five different course preps! I entrust Canvas to store it there as my course preps change frequently…

No more free-for-teachers? How can I find my materials?
When changing jobs I saved some of my own instructor materials, presumably on a free-for-teacher account, a type which appears no longer to exist. How can I access my materials for further development?
