URL for access window?

Which URL will we need to use to access our content? Will it be the https://canvas.instructure.com/login/canvas URL or a different one?

Stumbled upon this issue by chance, have not received any communications from Instructure, and really don't want to miss out on this export window.

Hello @pkessman ,

Yes, that will be the URL you use to access free for teacher. I know they sent emails out, I received one myself, however it seems with some organizations it could've bounced back or something, I'm not entirely too sure. I think it also depended on when you logged in last, however don't take my word for it.

If you have not tried since approximately 8:30 AM ET / 8:35 AM ET, I recommend that you try again.

I originally was experiencing a problem but it seems to now be working.
