Like pretty much everyone else - I can't export the generated file, due to the 'download page not available' error.
You guys have a problem - understandable - then with ZERO communication, you shut down all of our data and provide an absurdly short window to access it with ZERO communication.
Then, a couple months later there's another SHORT window with ZERO communication, we can't even access our files during this time, and I've seen no indicators that anyone is even trying to resolve it.
It's late now, but in the morning the BBB is getting an earful and I'm going to start call lawyers about a class action suit - the degree to which this has been manhandled is almost criminal.
All ANY of us want is our data back. Make it happen.
And in the next tech committee meeting, I'm going to be using this entire bullshit as my major argument for why the school district and both colleges I work with should discontinue our association with you… and this is probably going to get mentioned a few times in the conference presentations I'm doing next week.
You guys used to be someone I could refer business to - now you're someone I'm warning people AGAINST.
