The website has crashed and we cannot get in. I was in briefly and then ti all locked up! Please help us! I think this is a sign that so many people are desperate to get their content.

A fix has been deployed a few hours ago, and you should now be able to export your course content using the provided steps in https://community.instructure.com/en/kb/articles/664584-exporting-and-moving-canvas-content . If you're still experiencing issues, please come back and let us know. Do take note, exporting might be significantly slower given several customers are logged in at this time trying to export their course content, however, it should still export successfully.

Hello! If you have not tried since approximately 8:30 AM ET / 8:35 AM ET, please try again. I was originally able to duplicate the problem but since that time I have been able to download the course as an exported IMSCC file.

Yes- it has now worked. I have all of my files now. I was working today from 7am-1pm today (teaching summer school) so I planned to do the download overnight last night right when the window opened. I ended up loosing an entire nights sleep trying to get this done. This was a pretty big fumble on Canvas part, very upsetting. But I do have my content now so I appreciate it. I hope whatever solution they come up with is worth it for us teachers who have really been through the wringer here. Thanks @Noah
