Microsoft for Education LTI 1.3 - Issues with Microphone in Reading Practice-Immersive Reader

Hi All, 
We recently installed the Microsoft for Education LTI in our district and are wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with the microphone function working with Reading Practice in Immersive Reader. 

We have set the permission in our Privacy/App settings and Chrome browser to allow access to the microphone, but we are still unable to get the microphone to function. The settings revert back to enable the microphone to.

Is anyone else having this issue or think it could be related to a Media/microphone issue that we have separately with our Canvas media assignment submissions?
