I have a student enrolled in a course who has been able to access content with no problem. But yesterday she was suddenly unable to log in, and that has continued. She tried to change her password, but Canvas never sends her an email with a link to change it. She also has stopped receiving announcement emails. What's going…

If you missed it, you missed it. But here's your chance to catch up (and crash the next one). Ever inherited a course? Imported content from another system, found a dozen unpublished pages, and thought: where do I even start? That was the thread running through every demo in this Prompt Party. Farrah King and Justin…
Hi All, I've looked at a couple of help docs for Canvas and haven't seen a way to do this… but maybe I'm not looking for the right terms. When a student is moved to a different section, or removed from a section while remaining enrolled in the course, any assignments they have submitted or quizzes they have completed disappear from the Gradebook. This occurs because the affected assignments are assigned to specific sections ("Assigned to"), and the student's…
When changing jobs I saved some of my own instructor materials, presumably on a free-for-teacher account, a type which appears no longer to exist. How can I access my materials for further development?
