LTIs - Appear in Monitor but not Manage?

My team is currently going through the different LTIs/APIs we have installed in our Canvas instance and making sure we have a full list of what permissions each one has, what information it gives/receives, etc. However, the list of LTIs/APIs is contradictory - the new Apps page has a Monitor tab which lists launches of applications that we can't see in Apps > Manage, Settings > Apps > View App Configurations, or Dev Keys. How do you all manage these tools, and keep track of them? Does anyone know if there is a reason for this discrepancy?

One reason for the discrepancy is that the names shown in the new Monitor tab often reflect how the tool identifies itself during LTI launches (based on the developer/provider configuration), which can differ from how the app or developer key is labeled in your Canvas settings. Depending on how the LTI was configured (manual XML, Dev Key, inherited account-level install, etc.), the naming and visibility won’t always align across Apps, App Configurations, and Dev Keys.

Additionally, the Monitor tab may capture any LTI launch activity, including tools installed at different account levels or legacy/hidden configurations, which is why some entries don’t appear in the standard management lists.
