When you open Studio, the My Library page displays by default. However, you can also view videos shared with you.
Additionally, if you are an instructor, you can view library pages for each class where you have added a Studio media file.
Open Studio in Canvas
In Global Navigation, click the Studio link.
Note: This option is available If your institution uses Canvas LMS.
In the My Library page, the most recently uploaded media in each collection displays first by default. To switch to a different sorting method, click the Sort Collections by drop-down menu and select a different sorting method [1].
To view your uploaded media, click the My Library drop-down menu [2].
To view all media that has been shared with you, click the Shared Library drop-down menu [3].
For instructors, any media you added to a course or embedded in a discussion is automatically saved in the Course Collections drop-down menu [4].
To view media in your archive collection, click the Archive collection link [5].
You can also create or manage a collection in Studio.
Note: The Course Collection section only displays for TAs, instructors, and admins. Students cannot view course media libraries.
