Open the Canvas feature area that displays the media you want to view.
If the media is embedded in Thumbnail View, expand it into a full-screen Immersive view by clicking anywhere in the media thumbnail.
View Details
In the Details tab [1], click the Edit icon [2].
Notes:
You can edit the media title [1], add tags [2], or add a description [3].
To apply the changes, click the Save button [4].
To edit media settings, click the Edit button.
To display the Studio Media Options pop-up, click in the video window.
You can switch between embed views [1]. To open the Media Options panel, click the Options link [2]. To delete the media, click the Remove link [3].
The Studio Media Options tray displays information about the media, including the media title, display and sizing options, and viewer restrictions.
You can customize how the embedded media displays. To embed the video directly in the rich content editor, click the Embed Video radio button [1]. To display a text link to open the media in a new tab, click the Display Text Link (Opens in a new tab) radio button [2].
You can also set viewer restrictions [3].
For Thumbnail and Learn Views, you can adjust the Studio Player layout and size to Small, Medium, Large, or Custom [4].
To save the selected options, click the Done button [5].
Notes:
- You cannot edit the media title from the Studio Media Options tray. To edit the media title, view the media details in Studio.
- The Allow media download toggle does not display for YouTube or Vimeo media.
Save Changes
To apply the changes, click the Save button [2].
