You can add reactions to blog posts, questions, discussions, and replies in the Instructure Community. Reactions may be disabled on specific articles.
Adding a reaction to a post in the Community can signify several different things, but generally is used to show appreciation for or an agreement with the post you like. We encourage you to be generous with reacting to posts in the Community as it helps identify higher quality and helpful content for other users in the Community.
Note: You cannot react to articles or replies that you authored.
View an Article or Reply
To like an article or reply in the Instructure Community, click the name of the article.
React to a Topic or Reply
Locate and click one of the available reaction buttons. You can indicate that a topic or reply was Insightful [1], that you Like the content [2], or that you found the content Awesome [3]. All of these are positive reactions but can convey different meanings to the author and to other community members.
Remove Reaction
To revoke a reaction you gave to an article or reply, click the reaction icon. The Reaction icon will be shaded in to denote that you have already reacted to this article or reply.
View Post Reactions
You can view the number of reactions to an article or reply [1].
Hover over the a Reaction button to view the list of who added that reaction to an article or reply [2].
