Where is the Moderate Quiz button?

I need to make an adjustment to the due dates for several quizzes and other assignments for one student who has been in the hospital.

I have tried to follow the directions given to Moderate a quiz. However, nothing I do with a closed or open quiz brings up a list with Moderate this Quiz as an option.

What do I do now?

Depending on whether you're using Classic or New Quizzes, one of these quides should walk you through the moderate process. I do want to note that moderate is more about extending time limits or options for individuals, not the availability dates/times though. For that you'd need to add a differentiated due date for the specific student(s).
