LTI assignment scores not returning to the gradebook

Our H5P LTI assignment scores are not returning to the gradebook 9 times out of 10.

It's been going on since 15 September, and we are not aware of any event or change at that time that might have caused the issue. The H5P reports confirm students have completed the assignments, therefore ruling out user error.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with LTI assignments?

Any suggestions of potential causes and avenues of investigation would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @imerricks,

We don't have the H5P LTI here, but do have a]many other LTIs which pass grades back. When nothing has obviously changed, the first thing I always suspect with grade passback failure is a certificate problem, but that would be a complete failure and not a 9 times out of 10 type thing…. It still may be worth investigating with H5P support though.
