After using SpeedGrader to grade a discussion with checkpoints, the assignment symbol still shows in the gradebook. The student also does not see the grade. Any suggestions?

Yes, both grades are entered. Canvas isn't "accepting" the grade.
I have had recurring problems with Speed grader.
When in Speed Grader, under the "Grade by question" option, the Next Student and Previous Student buttons no longer work.

The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.
