Hi,
As an instructor, if my course is set to Eastern Standard Time (EST), but my user account is set to Central Standard Time (CST), when I view the due dates for that course, will they display in EST or CST?
Thank you,
Tim Baggenstos
Hi @TBaggenstos,
The user timezone setting will be preferred over the course one and will be what's primarily displayed everywhere. When hovering the house over a date/time, the course timezone will be displayed as well for extra info to the user. The How do I set a time zone for a course? - Instructure Community guide gives some info about this at the top.
I hope this helps!

Thanks!

I thought that I could provide students a matching choice quiz with multiple attempts that would report incorrectly answered matches on the first attempt, and display the…

We use course pacing to manage due dates, because we run ~20 something courses each quarter and manually setting due dates would be a nightmare. Several courses have two core topics. We want to allow students to choose which of these they will pursue first. Is there any way to configure multiple course paces with different…
