There were 2 accounts detected under my name, but I only created 1 account. How can I delete the unused account using the ID?
Hi Geraldine, are you an administrator in your Canvas environment? If so, there are a few options you could take to get this resolved.
I'd recommend taking a look at those guides to determine next steps. If you are not an admin in your Canvas environment, I'd recommend connecting with an admin to discuss those options and they should be able to resolve this for you.
Hi @GeraldineBregonia are you seeing duplicate accounts here in the Instructure Community or in Canvas or one of our other products? That will help us know where to merge or delete the duplicate account.
