Downloading multiple files from "Files"

Currently, we are encouraging faculty to clean up courses. Is it possible to have unpublished files be downloaded more than 1 at a time? And Is there way to distinguish files that are "scheduled" to be published, for example if they are in a unpublished test bank.

@AMye1 If you are using the New Files Page layout, you should be able to use the checkboxes and then the download button to bulk download.

Allow Observers to View Instructor Comments
It would be very beneficial for observers (parents) if they could view instructor comments. If they had access to this information, they could better understand the grading of individual assignments and better understand the errors that their student made.
