Issues with Puzzle integration in Canvas

I have imported a course from the Commons into Canvas a few times.

But with a couple of the courses the students have issues accessing the Puzzle part of the course and receive the following error:

 

Has anyone seen this error before or know how to resolve.
It only happens on a couple of courses and can't seem to find a resolution.

Hi @bsmaff,

Do you have any additional info on the Puzzle assignment that you can share?  Perhaps the assignment an external tool that the source/institution in Commons  has that your school/institution does not.  Without any more detail, it's very hard to figure out what might be going on.  The screenshot you attached doesn't seem like an error from Canvas itself, but I could be wrong on that.
