SpeedGrader Screen Sharing

I am a Canvas admin for my institution. I have an instructor who cannot share their screen on Zoom while using SpeedGrader. Every time that they open SpeedGrader while screen sharing, the software crashes. 

Are there technical requirements to screen share SpeedGrader?

Ever since COVID, we've been doing Zoom drop-in support for faculty using Canvas, and they do screen-sharing with Speedgrader open fairly regularly.

When you say "the software crashes", what specific software do you mean?  Are you talking about Zoom crashing, or about the web browser where they have the Speedgrader screen open in Canvas?  Generally speaking, I'd make sure that they have their web browser updated to the latest version, to ensure that it's supported with Canvas ( https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/What-are-the-browser-and-computer-requirements-for-Instructure/ta-p/66 )
