If you created a video recording in Canvas, you can find the video file in your user files, course files, or group files (depending on where you recorded it) and then download the file.

Your school may also subscribe to something like Canvas Studio. If they subscribe to Canvas Studio, check out the guides. You can also check with your school's IT Department or eLearning Department. The best way or area to contact is probably found in the "Help" area of Canvas, located on the left-side in the same area as "Dashboard", "Inbox", and "Calendar".
