This doesn't seem intended, but a function of how submissions and groups interact.
When you have a group assignment with an enhanced rubric, instead of the csv download having groups listed, it simply lists the students in the group with a line for each.
When you upload the csv back, it takes the latest line for the students in that group for the group.
Instead of
Group1,rating,points,comment
You get
student1,rating,points,comment
student2,rating,points,comment
where student 1 and student 2 are in the same group for the assignment.
This makes it tricky to return rubric comments via the upload for group assignments as you need to figure out which students are in which groups.
