There is a new dedicated space for ideas which just opened today, the Collaborative Roadmap.
Posting your idea to the new Collaborative Roadmap will ensure your feedback reaches appropriate Instructure Product Managers and teams developing the products, and doesn’t get lost here in the general forums. Please explore the new dedicated Product Connection space, which includes the Collaborative Roadmap. You can read Shiren's blog post for a full look at how the Collaborative Roadmaps give you a clearer view of what’s coming soon, what’s in development, and what’s under consideration.

No, not at this time - so for the meantime, I suggest doing exactly what Thomas Edison had done: write down all your great ideas. That way once the idea process becomes available you will be ready to submit them. Best, Jeff

In addition to what @Jeff_F has already mentioned, I've heard that you can submit your ideas to your school's assigned CSM (Customer Success Manager). If you are a Canvas administrator, you should know who this person is. If you are not a Canvas admin, you could let your school's Canvas admin know about your idea(s), and that person could then pass them along to the CSM at Instructure.
