Bullets and Table Borders not showing for Admin Role

Question

Anyone else having this issue? Bullets and table borders are not visible to admins in saved mode, but are visible to admins in editing mode. No visibility issues for the teacher and student roles; they are visible for those two roles.

Our Instructional Designers were experiencing this. I figured out a fix whereas IgniteAI needs to be disabled to fix the formatting issues:

Account -> Settings -> (If you see these items) Move to Trash: Ignite Agent OAuth, Ignite Agent IAD API Key - Prod

and then disable the Display IgniteAI Agent Button
