when students post their response to a discussion question, I am not able to see them via speedgrader. Also if they reply to a peer it does not show up under the students name so I am not able to track their participation in the discussion.
This happens when the discussion is not set as graded. SpeedGrader only shows student posts and replies for graded discussions with points and an assigned due date. Once it's graded, you can view each student's participation in SpeedGrader.
