If you're an admin, it's possible the student ius coming in from a trusted institution (different Canvas environment). If that's the case, they'd probably need to contact that school for assistance. If that's not the case, I'd recommend that you reach out to Canvas support to see if they can troubleshoot. I've never seen a message anout Access Tokens when viewing a user details page, so something definitely seems weird there.

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
