Hiding "inactive users" from the "People" Page

Hi,

Is it possible to filter and/or hide inactive users from the "People" page? Although not harmful, it is annoying having multiple "inactive" users under an active course.

Yes - there is a toggle for "Hide Inactive" up in the filter/search area :)

Hi @Mikee,

Just for clarification, that checkbox in your screenshot is not part of base Canvas LMS as far as I know. There are browser extensions (@Code-with-Ski's Canvas LMS Mods for example) or custom javascript an institution may have added to have a checkbox like that though.

P.S. to anyone reading this thread. Only install a browser extension if you trust the author. While I do use the extension I mentioned here, please do your own safe computing research before installing.

@Chris it was such base functionality I simply expected its presence!

I second your sentiments about the plugin - it interferes with a few things (like admin subject search) so tread carefully!

I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
