How do I search all my rubrics without going to individual classes
Hello @david_hollis!,
At this time, Canvas doesn’t offer a centralized location where you can view or search all rubrics across all of your courses. Rubrics are managed at the course level, so you’ll need to open each individual course to view or edit its rubrics. To view and manage rubrics, you may refer to the How do I manage rubrics in a course? guide. You may also submit a feature request via Canvas Ideas. Please refer to the following guides:

You can pick an assignment in one of your courses and then go to add a rubric to that assignment. Click the edit button (pencil) and then you will get a Find a Rubric link at the top. Clicking that will list all of your rubrics from all of your classes. You can pick your course (hopefully you have unique course codes -- we do not) and then see a list of the rubrics from that course in the middle column. Once you pick a rubric, it will show on the right panel.
This all happens in a dialog box. You can resize the box horizontally, but enlarging it vertically only adds whitespace.
Once you've found the rubric you're looking for, you can go to that course and explore it further.

We have had her verify her email address several times, but no confirmations appear in her email, neither in her inbox, nor in her spam filter. We know that she has a working email,…
Looking for the addition of partial credit for alternative format questions in Canvas, like ordering and category/matrix. We can only do it in close drop down, matching, and multiple response.
Has anyone found gaps in their course analytics ? I'm currently seeing missing last view date, last participation date, and participations at overall course level, even though the same data is present at individual week and student level. Am also seeing truncated asset counts ie we are seeing only the global header counts,…
It would be very beneficial for observers (parents) if they could view instructor comments. If they had access to this information, they could better understand the grading of individual assignments and better understand the errors that their student made.
I have a new React + Flask webapp. It has its own login for users to start using the app. I have added this as an external tool in Canvas. What I want initially is to see of canvas users can start using the webapp without having to login if they click on the external tool link in a canvas course. I have 2 methods…
