I've been requested to setup the grades to sync to Infinite Campus for the school district. What are the steps to get this completed?
I read the documentation (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Infinite-Campus-and-Canvas/How-do-I-view-and-manage-Canvas-Infinite-Campus-grade-sync/ta-p/493056), however, I do not have "SIS Integration" as an option in the admin menu.
@ksmithbcsd Welcome! If you're the Canvas root admin you may want to talk to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Canvas support to see how to get the SIS Integration working for grade sync. Usually this is done as part of a SIS conversion (changing from one SIS to another).
If you are NOT the Canvas root admin you'll need to talk to the Canvas root admin to see if the SIS Integration is enabled for grade sync. Note that even if grade sync is available, each course must be set up to sync grades correctly to Infinite Campus.
