How to unlock module for only one student?

I have a student who needs to complete a module early because they will be going out of town. The module is set to be locked until a certain date, and I can't figure out how to set it to a different date for just one student. When I go to "Assign to" it only let's me assign the entire module to different students, not change the lock date. I can change the access dates for different students in individual assignments within the module, but not the module itself.

@JamieOQuinn That is definitely frustrating and something I hope they plan to fix with their upcoming Modules redesign. I know it is not as smooth/clean, but could you change the Assign To to be only that single student and change the unlock date? You would then need to reassign it to the rest of the class and change the unlock date back to the original settings after the differentiated student was done with their early access.
