Plagiarism checker not working. Help

I set up the plagiarism checker for an assignment.

I am not getting any response from the checker except a grey exclamation mark. When I resubmit the assignment, here is the response--You don't have enough credits to complete the request (required 11 credits)!

Please help!

Welcome to the Instructure Community, nice to have you here.  From what you posted, it sounds like perhaps your school/institution may need to renew their license with whatever plagiarism detection provider they use.  Instructure doesn't provide its own plagiarism detection provider, so whatever you have must be from a 3rd party.  Unfortunately, community members don't have any access to your Cavas instance or account, so we can't say for sure which provider you should have.

This question would be best to ask your school/institution team, usually in something like an eLearning, IT, or Digital Education department.  They should be able to figure out what's going on or let you know if you need to change anything on your end *perhaps they changed plagiarism detection providers).
