We have tried to import outcomes at the institutional level. We can only see the groups. None of the outcomes are showing. What are we missing here?

Out of curiosity, I assume that you are following the format outlined here?

It took me a while to figure out the formatting myself. One of the things I did to try and help me understand the format was to manually create some outcomes at the institution level (also creating group folders within group folders). Then, I went to the account "Settings" page, clicked on the "Reports" tab, and then ran the "Outcome Export" report. This would allow you to see the structure of what you manually built and would give you an idea of what might be going on with your file that may need correcting.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
