Why has my students IP been blocked all year ? can log on on phone and do work if i uncheck wifi but its a pain to do all his assignments on the phone.

According to your image, this appears to be an issue connected to class link, which is something that is specific to your school instead of Canvas directly. That being said, I recommend reaching out to your school’s IT administrator for more information regarding this matter.
