Hi @DeletedUser,

If you are referring to a Canvas Free for Teachers account (used when logging into https://canvas.instructure.com), as mentioned in the  Canvas Free-for-Teacher FAQ  support article:

Deleting FFT Accounts
If you decide you no longer want your FFT account, you can request to delete your account. Deleting your Canvas account cannot be undone and will delete all Canvas information including courses, assignments, grades, and participation. Do not request to have your account deleted unless you are certain you absolutely no longer require any access to your prior Canvas activity.

You can contact Canvas Support in Canvas Free for Teachers by: (1) logging into Canvas Free for Teachers at https://canvas.instructure.com/login, (2) clicking on the "Help" icon on the left-side, (3) clicking on the "Report a Problem" link, (4) filling in the form, and (5) clicking on the "Submit Ticket" button.
