Time zone errors - Paraguay - please help

Hello everybody, we have this issue in our CANVAS, our time zone is Asuncion (-3:00 / -3:00), but it seens there is an error, you configure a quizz with a date and CANVAS save it with one hour +, see image in here,

for example, the time you put is april 4, the canvas change it to april 5 0:59 for some reason, this is getting troublesome with students claiming its our fault and require another whole day for delivering their quizz etc

Hello @carlos_gomez1. Can you confirm if the course settings and your individual user account settings have the same time zone selected? If they are the same, then an override might be happening at your institution's Canvas Account level.
