How do I delete a student that is no longer in my course?
That depends on your institution! Some institutions do not allow teachers to remove students from course sites, relying instead on data feeds from the Registrar's Office (or other enrollment system) to update enrollments on a set cadence. It may also depend on your course type - at some institutions, courses and enrollments that originate in the Registrar's Office cannot be manually updated by the teacher but enrollments in custom course sites can. You can check this guide on removing a student from a course and if you don't have the options displayed there (or you have institutional guidance to not manually remove students from courses), you'll want to reach out to your institution's Canvas admins for further guidance.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?

We are all familiar with the standard Course Calendar, where assignment due dates are automatically added.
