One option for you would be to utilize a third-party paid product called Respondus 4.0 Exam Authoring Tool. I wrote a blog about this way back in 2015 when I worked at a Technical College in Wisconsin. The name of the product may have changed slightly since then, and I'm sure they may have made some updates to it since then, but here's a link for you:
