Thank you for shining a light on this long-standing request! Unfortunately, there is not an update I can provide. Please continue to watch the Canvas Roadmap and Canvas Releases for updates. You are also encouraged to resurface this thread with your CSM.
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.
Whenever possible, I prefer to have my students take in-class quizzes and tests on their laptops. But to make sure that they do it in the classroom, I've always put a password on the assessment and then given them the password. I use Respondus 4.0 for loading questions to my pools in Bb and now that we have moved to Canvas, I want to load them to an Item Bank. Known issue - headings Just wanted to note that this known issue is described as 'styling', when it is actually an accessibility issue. Headings are structure on the page and essential for users who rely on screenreaders.
