Importing Tags and Metadata with QTI file

It is possible to import tags or other metadata when importing in a QTI file? I've tried everything I can think of, but it seems to get stripped out every time. Are any metadata types allowed? I can bring in a batch of tags questions or manually tag each one. Tagging each one is not an option.

I'm using New Quizzes, so I tried adding the words to the Question Title, hoping I could then use that to bring in random questions based on that filter, but it still brought in all the questions, so it looks like the only way to make it work right is with tags.

Any advice is welcome.

Is it possible to view the numerical grade entered in the "override" column in the teacher's gradebook view?
The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Is LaTex added to the name and course code of a course shell accessible?
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.

Respondus question upload needs a QTI 2.1 Option
I use Respondus 4.0 for loading questions to my pools in Bb and now that we have moved to Canvas, I want to load them to an Item Bank. However, to do this, I need to have them downloadable as a QTI 2.1 option. My options or limited. #1 I can load to a Classic Quiz which my university does not prefer, download the questions…
