Respondus question upload needs a QTI 2.1 Option

I use Respondus 4.0 for loading questions to my pools in Bb and now that we have moved to Canvas, I want to load them to an Item Bank. However, to do this, I need to have them downloadable as a QTI 2.1 option. My options or limited. #1 I can load to a Classic Quiz which my university does not prefer, download the questions and then upload to the New Quizzes. The other options I only have until December 31, 2026 is to load them to Bb since we still have access, download them to a QTI 2.1 and then load easily to an Item Bank in New Quizzes. I don't like using them in Classic Quizzes because it makes me use all the questions and not a subset.

Respondus said the only way we will get this is if Canvas puts pressure on them to do the functionality upgrade. Is this something others could use? Also, how do you upload questions you have created to Item Banks. I am open to anything that will be easier than what I am doing as a newbie to Canvas that is not sure all the options available.

Outcome rating descriptions
I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric.
