I am looking for a way to search all course content for a specific text string (e.g. "MBTI") and have the results provide a list of links to pages that contain that content. Has anyone come across a way to do that?

If you are looking for a paid LTI extension that works with Canvas, you might want to check out Atomic Search by Atomic Jolt. I've not really used this myself (full disclosure), but it looks pretty powerful...and it also has a "find and replace" feature! Here are a couple resources for you:
